Since Melaka Thousands Tales of Adventures is one of the top places recommended by TripAdvisor and is well-rated, I thought it might be something fun for the family. It turned out that the kids and even my mother-in-law enjoyed the games. Our 7D ghost-hunting cum roller coaster experience was the most fun.
We followed Sinbad as he sailed through the Seven Seas to defeat the evil Shaman and his army of ghouls. In this indoor adventure, we hunt for treasures and solve puzzles before proceeding to the next room.
Although the series of hunts and puzzles were not difficult to figure out, it was tricky for our 7 and 8 years old kids. After solving the mystery for them, we left it to the kids to locate the treasures.
Don’t worry if you get stuck in any of the rooms. You can seek help from the friendly staff. They will either open the door for you if you give up, or give you additional clues if you need a little more help.
I am sharing the photos of our experience below. However, I am not going to spoil the fun and give you all the clues and answer here.
The Highlight of Melaka Thousands Tales of Adventures
The 7-D virtual ride was the highlight for most of us. We were brought to a dark room where the real excitement began. We buckled up to prevent ourselves from falling off the chair during the virtual roller coaster ride. I could even feel my heart compressing during the virtual plunge. Having a shooting weapon to hunt down the ghouls added more thrills to our ride. Unfortunately, the sensor on some of the equipment was not working well. Otherwise, our experience would have been perfect.
Also, you may want to note that children sensitive to dark places and noise may not take the ride well.
